The first stage can be commissioned as a one-off strategic deliverable: an Executive Language Strategy Blueprint for the relocating executive or employee group. The Blueprint identifies needs, risks, priorities and the most appropriate implementation format.
After the Blueprint, companies may request a separate implementation phase. This may include private coaching, group sessions, roundtables, mobility onboarding or reporting.
