The Executive Language Strategy Blueprint defines the client’s priorities, communication objectives and development architecture.
After the Blueprint has been delivered, some clients choose to continue with a separate implementation track. These tracks are optional, quoted separately and structured according to the client’s professional role, relocation context, availability and communication needs.
Implementation may involve private coaching, targeted Italian or Spanish sessions, leadership communication work, corporate mobility support or curated conversation
formats.
Important distinction
The Blueprint is a one-off strategic deliverable.
Implementation Tracks are separate follow-up services.
They are not included automatically in the Blueprint and are proposed only when they are relevant to the client’s objectives.

Executive Foundation Track
For professionals who need to build confidence, clarity and autonomy in everyday professional and relocation contexts.
This track may support workplace interaction, introductions, meetings, daily communication, relocation confidence and role-specific vocabulary.
Leadership & Performance Communication Track
For executives, founders, managers and senior professionals who need Italian or Spanish for high-responsibility communication.
This track may support meetings, presentations, negotiation, leadership presence, strategic storytelling, decision-making conversations and multicultural team communication.
Strategic Immersion Track
For clients facing an important relocation, market-entry phase, role transition or defined communication deadline.
This track may involve more intensive implementation, focused preparation and high-priority scenario work.
Professional Conversation Roundtable
For advanced or upper-intermediate clients who want to maintain fluency, precision and confidence through curated professional dialogue.
The Roundtable is suitable for clients who benefit from structured conversation, debate, cultural topics and guided expressive practice.
Not sure which track is appropriate?
The right implementation format depends on the client’s context, objectives and communication priorities. For this reason, implementation is usually defined after the Blueprint or after a strategic consultation.
